The head of the Xbox Division at Microsoft (Phil Spencer), not only proves himself a very professional industry leader, but also as a genuinely nice guy in congratulating PlayStation and From Software on Bloodborne being a success; and all you took away from it was "it's hard to make a good game on the Xbox"? *sigh* I hate every -blam!-ing one of this new generation of Gamers...
