I was playing some Rumble with 2 of my buddies and I was using the Invective as my shotgun of choice, I used up all of my special ammo and The Invective would replenish it after seconds and here it gets messed up, the Invective never replenished my special ammo after 30 seconds. Right now I'm starting to think that there's either a bug that preventing this or Bungie disabled it to force players to either rely on their primary weapon or the crates. Can anyone give me an answer on why it's doing this because me and my friends are starting to believe that Bungie is angering the PvP players as a whole (I don't hate Bungie if that's what anyone's getting at).
