Relic holders and people who actually use guns with oracle disruptor are both rare. Before CE, I can't remember succumbing to oracles but it happens all the time now because people are using Handcannons and others without disruptor. I'm always sure to bring along my epilogue, VoC and corrective measure when making a vault run.
