TTK matters but it's still situational. I've been using Mida (without RDM) and just position myself out of mid range and close to cover and I can usually win a gun fight against Thorn, TLW, Red death, etc. If they get they get the first shot I can go behind cover till my shields regen and if they wanna close in on me I can pop invis and either retreat or get close range with a shotty. Mid range is just death for me right now the over saturation of hand cannons in the crucible.
