I say that the no backup plans are terrible be cease they only let you reload your special faster.

and they let u increase force barrier until its 95% reloaded which u can be an orb machine and gain a shield the whole time. u hav to hav the perk that has even more duration of frce barrier, and gift of light and u r set!!! they are decent for infantry in pve
