Nope, gamers will line up to buy future DLC because they are a) sheep b) an alternative online game doesn't exist.
P.S. I'm including myself into this gross over generalization for what it's worth.

I couldn't get into Neverwinter with the ESO console release coming so soon. I've already got a VR4 character transferred from PC and I can't wait to play with my friends on Xbox. Neverwinter feels small, unbalanced and rather Pay 2 Win comparatively.

Thats cool. I didnt like it. I hear people who play destiny switching over to that and its nothing like destiny. Throw the spear throw the spear throw the spear throw the spear. Looks bad too. Clunky mechanics. Just not my thing. I like fps and fighting games. Cant stand 3/4 down hack n slash

i think ive been playing destiny every day for so long that neverwinter is just "new". i just realized one day destiny felt like a chore as i have most everything and gun nerfs suck so somthing new was refreshing. ill be back to try how as i already foolishly paid for it.

Yeah ive gone back to messing around with mcc and mgs ground zeros. When phantom pain comes out destiny will be taking a back seat. That and division
