How Long Until Thorn Nerf?
I love Thorn and I don't want it to be nerfed, first off. It is the only way to compete with TLW, but that's only because TLW is legitimately broken.
After every update there are one or two guns who inspire hatred in the community, and ever since this last patch all I hear is whining about Thorn.
Also they kinda nerfed it by changing the screen effect, even though some people find it [b]more[/b] distracting.
[b]Remember they promised us a rebalancing of exotics sometime around the release of HoW during the developer open house.[/b]
My bet is early May they bring the poison tick of Thorn down to 5.

2 RepliesIt definitely needs a nerf. Lower the amount of damage ticks on its DoT. Just enough to prevent two shot kill potential. Reduce TLW range significantly. Problem solved.

Edited by girflush: 4/17/2015 10:03:17 PMJust about everything has been nerfed. It's gotten silly. Vex was nerfed. Hand cannon range was nerfed. Special ammo was nerfed. Shotgun range was nerfed. Fusion rifles were nerfed. ARs were nerfed. Probably more..scouts and pulses are the only thing that haven't but at this rate their time will come too.
