If you are using your warlock, make sure you are supered with void walker. Have a arc primary or secondary. Hit him with the arc until his shield is down, then use your void walker on him. Pull out your best heavy and unload. If you can find a lobby where there are a few people sitting over there that helps too. If you are on X1 send me a message ill help you out quick.
