Fatebringer obtainment rate?
Hey folks, I wanted to know some thoughts on if fatebringer was less likely to drop as opposed to any exotic. I understand that it only drops in the VoG however- it seems like it's the second rarest drop (mythoclast is first) to appear in there. Anyways what I'm trying to say is- have you had more exotic drops in the VoG or more legendary drops? Thanks in advance!

1 ReplyI got 5 fatebringers and one of everything else praetoeian foil, preadynths timepiece etc. Only got vex last week.

I got mine two weeks ago and I've been playing since day 1.... I have every exotic in the game but that gun didn't want to drop, now it did and I love it *_*

2 RepliesI had a hard time getting it to drop then one day we beat the Templar and I saw fatebringer down but didn't catch a name and didn't see it pop up so we go one to the chest go through atheon I get my third vex I'm like well at least I have another vex then I go to the tower and see a icon for my postmaster and in my lost items was a fatebringer weirdest thing ever after that I received a double drop of fatebringers I felt bad because one of the guys wanted one

Praetorian foil is the least gun to drop

2 fate,3 vex- about 15 or so hard clear. So id say the drop rate has been avg. for me

Took me 25 hard Templar clears for one.

I finally got mine yesterday morning, and didn't even know until the evening. I ran templar in the morning before work, and all that popped up was energy, I got ticked off about it, grabbed the chest and left for work. Got home, loaded up opened character screen and noticed that my primarys were full. So I went down to tower and sure enough, there was a gift waiting in my postmaster FATEBRINGER. After about 24 hard templar completions I got it.
