Snipers
Okay I understand that the ammo decrease was added to shotgun and fusion rifles. So why the hell are we snipers the ones to get hit hard? really 4 bullets when you pick up a special ammo crate that's not just right basically I have to go around and pick up 3 special ammo crates just to refill my sniper just really? And I know what most of you guys are about to say make every shot count, I do make it count but it's just messed up now I am seeing more shotguns then before, even my friend who is usually in every map sniping and I mean really he loves to snipe. Now that he saw how badly little ammo we get for the snipers he decided to go all out shotgun he knows that sniping is pretty much useless and I as much as I always get into arguments with on desagreeing with him this time I have to agree there really is not that much point on sniping. I'll still do it don't get me wrong I love to snipe but really ? If it's going to be like that give us the same amount of ammo shotguns or fusion rifles get 6 bullets or 5 really mostly when there's somewhat of a high chance you will always see a sniper on the matches. Before you guys also start saying 'oh he is a shotgun hater and fusion hater" no I am not i have used shotguns before they are very fun to use actually as for fusions I don't know I have never used it and I know that every gun you need to put your own skills into it to see how well you can do in the crucible. But just saying at least raise the bullet count we get from the special ammo crate for the snipers. I am ready for players to start posting their hate comments well most players will, while most of them will give me a good reason why it should stay the way it is and others might agree so uh yeah let it begin ^_^

1 ReplyYeah dude. I bummed as well. I feel as if sniping as has got the short end of the stick since the beginning. The secondary ammo should give at least two clips for snipers in my opinion. Oh well.... I guess we'll just have to adjust for now.

Learn to shoot and use an 6 Clip rifle, you should never be using this thing so much that you're running out. Work on awareness of ammo crate locations and move on from your camping spot sometimes.

4 RepliesI thought about this when I heard about the special ammo, that sucks man. Don't think snipers should suffer because of shotgun spam (is that the main reason for ammo decrease?). I honestly don't care if people run at me with shotguns it's way more exciting than what the crucible I experienced last night was lol.

1 ReplyThe ammo u get is based on you max capacity for ammo use a snipe with feild scout and a chest that gives snipe ammo count and you can get up to 7 depending on you clip size

4 Replies4 bullets per crate would be fine if the game's maps were actually designed to keep all special weapons in mind. Outside of shores of time, the control and clash maps in the regular rotation are designed for close to mid range combat. the issue is not that there are not enough bullets anymore, the issue is that the motivation to use a sniper unless you are really good with it is gone. I still use one cause i always have. i just recently stared using shotguns a lot but even last month i had more snipe kills i just like them better. but it is a very difficult play style when the movement in the game is so fast and the maps are so small. I love the movement but they need to have more map variety like the combined arms maps and maps that have sight lines and spaces like shores of time.

1 ReplyI feel snipers got hit hard then you can't even pick up three special ammos when teams are camping on them. Like now you have to get headshots with snipers

3 RepliesI think the most interesting thing would be if all special ammo boxes were taken out and all players got a full set of special ammo at start instead. And that special ammo would have to last the whole game, do once you're out, you're out.

1 ReplyI think it was too good to last, having infinite sniper ammo. Remember Halo? At least you don't have to race to get the sniper rifle before your teammates. I think it'll be better overall, just a change.
