How do i feel? I am not sure if the raid they were talking about releasing later will be included in the season pass if it is good if not well i know what game i wont be getting any more dlc for or the sequel when one comes out.
-
A little sad Its a double whammy to since no raid and no 6 player content
-
I bought the season pass- but never expected to be getting a raid for each expansion. I enjoyed the TDB DLC and the HoW DLC is looking even better. There's no raid, but that's okay to me- because they're adding a completely new game type to the table- giving me more options for things to do in Destiny. Patrols Social Spacing Strikes (and Nightfalls) Raids Story Missions Firefight It just adds that extra bit of new content to the table, which I really appreciate. Plus this gives them more time to construct a more challenging raid for us.
-
They flat out lied to the community, a raid was outlined for HoW and now they've pulled it. Yet another indication that Destiny is being crafted as the next Call of Duty pvp money spinner for Activision.
-
I'm happy with the new prison of elders idea...it will give variety!
-
Gave up Destiny and totally moving onto other better games. Period
-
I'm not concerned about it. I'll give Bungie the chance to showcase what we are getting in HoW before I judge.
-
I'm pretty pumped about pretty much everything they did with this last update. I'm bummed there's no new raid but excited about level and weapon progression and to see what Prison of Elders is like. So hopefully the next raid will have THAT much more polish. For all the complaints leveled against Crota, it was a blast running through blind the first night it dropped.
-
Mixed feeling I guess. I understand why people are upset, but at the same time if we compare Crota's End and VoG, CE is not nearly as fun or creative. If delaying/canceling the release of the raid for HoW allows Bungie to make the next raid way more impressive and gives us new game modes to try out, then it is win win. If HoW turns out to be crappy like TDB AND has no raid, then likely this will be the end of Destiny. Time will tell if it is a good thing or a bad thing.

I quit thats how i feel havent touched destiny in a few weeks. Im tired of getting fūcked because they are lazy and full of shit. Filed a report to the BBB for false advertising as well as they double charged me and when i went to upgrade my digital copy to my new xb1 in december it didnt work and they just told me to fūck off. So i gafe them the shaft turning their company that had a D rating with the BBB into an F company. Congratulations Bungie you have close to 100 unresolved complaints about your company from employees and customers alike in just the past 12 months

I don't care as long as there's new pvp maps
-
If we are just getting a well polished raid later to go with this dlc (meaning no extra cost) then I'll patiently wait. The new pve mode should keep me amused enough and as long as I'm not forced into pvp to hit the new max level (whatever that may be) then I'm good.
-
Raid releases later right?
-
I am okay with it, if Prison of Elders is at least half as good as it sounds. Obviously, a Raid is fun because it is not just straight up shooting, but I rather wait for a perfect, well-ironed Raid than a half-baked one just put out to satisfy demanding players.
-
I don't really do the raid because of the hoops you have to jump through to get in one, but I feel for those that were expecting it. I'm a go-with-the-flow kind of guy and am pretty excited to see something different.
-
As long as you grow the game and my reasons for playing a new raid isn't necessary. Besides too many raids will take away from the others. I hope for story fixes and community and diversity building.
-
I'dc about no raid the arena will be just as fun
-
1 ReplyI never assumed what we were getting in either expansion. I got this game at release and the expansions. Not sure if at that time Bungie even had announced what they would or could include. If the arena is PvE based then I am cool with it. Not like I raid much anyway. With no match making it can be difficult to find a team and I hate jockeying my phone and controller. Besides with all the Glitches in the prior 2 raids I am happy they are holding it back till later. Test it and release a good raid.
-
Hate it if it would have been told upfront cool but to say Raid HOW and then not disappointed
-
Season pass holders are the reason games like destiny are released with minimum content. If it wasn't for them these dlc's would be rich and re playable. Bungie would be forced to give it their all. Instead they remove from HoW and will put it in Comet, because they already made their money off HoW and it isn't even released yet! Of course everybody will buy comet because it is going to be what the last two dlc's should of been. Stop bitching about being lied too, they promised you nothing. You just freely tossed your money at them and said I hope it's something good. If your pissed it's your own fault. This practice will continue until YOU STOP!! Bungie and Activision thank you for your trust and most importantly your money though.

Good riddance. 6 man raids suck. Their novelty is gone after 3 clears. Then it's a grind having to deal with morons.
-
Cheated as for the whole game,so far.
-
I'm satisfied with the continued evolution of the game and the content plan announced. I find the toxicity and vitriol on these threads far more troubling than the adjustments in the development plan.
-
As a season pass holder I'm loving this game. I wish they didn't down grade there amazing weapons. And Made there raids easy to beat. I think the update they put out are good but should have a lil more to them. But all in all thanks bungie for listing to us.

New game modes expand the game as well.
