how to get refund for House of wolves expansion pass?
Hello how do I get a refund for the house of wolves expansion pass. unless I am mistaken there has been specifications that the purchase of the expansion pack comes with 2 new raids as well as new missions. i'm not paying for an expansion that doesn't come with what was promised. and I am willing to bet law suits will follow. myself included if no raid.
Allow me to make a correction since some fools are choosing to be stupid instead of discussing the issues at hand. I cannot say that raids were guaranteed ever and I don't care to bother searching for them saying that. However I do know that the raids were to be the centerpiece of destiny, the WHOLE reason for continuing to play the game, and I know that raids were a major selling point and that bungie put massive emphasis on them. I also know as do we all that the game was so lacking in content that it itself could be considered merely an expansion pack and not a full game release.
who knows maybe this new game mode will blow the socks off of all the raids and will single handedly change to course of destiny for the better. but what I can tell you is if all bungie comes out with is a new strike a few more single play through missions and a new mode that ends up being 10 minutes of running in circles then that becomes a massive issue.
Most of the people I know are fairly hardcore gamers and they many gave up on destiny long ago and traded it in and now only a few continue playing it just for something to do. but if this new map pack is a fail none of them will be buying any future bungie product.

Least we know why they took so long to tell folks about it. I'm sure they knew what the reaction was going to be. My theory of HoW getting pushed back because of the summer break and the lack of content seems to be holding firm. Even more so when they release the raid mid summer. Destiny didn't have enough content to keep players playing throughout the summer leading up to comet. Now they do. By cutting a raid out of a dlc. Kind of like how tdb was cut from the original game.

I'm not suing nor do I really care, a bit bummed. But the fact DeeJ said they had to think about whether they were going to release the raid means there probably is a complete raid finished, it probably sucked though and they wanted to improve on it. Everything they do is strategic. They release a crappy raid no one carries on playing and judging by the fact on the initial leak that we know Comet from HoW was supposed to drop in march, so I can almost guarantee we're not seeing it in September, I'm guessing November.

I always laugh at people saying they will create a "law suit". Please tell me exactly how you will sue bungie/activision. Destiny could have only added 1 new weapon and charged $100 for the dlc and you still couldn't do anything

They are trying something new And I like it, dont know why a raid is so important, they said they'll release a raid, but the main activity in the dlc will be arena; which sounds fun and DIFFERENT.

2 RepliesSo it comes down to what you expect from destiny and not what the developers expect from destiny. They decide whats in the game, certainly not you. NOTHING was ever OFFICIALLY announced about HoW until this week. Deej time and again reminded everyone of this fact yet you obviously didnt listen. Until anything is launched you should always remember anything is subject to change. Good luck in court.
