how to get refund for House of wolves expansion pass?
Hello how do I get a refund for the house of wolves expansion pass. unless I am mistaken there has been specifications that the purchase of the expansion pack comes with 2 new raids as well as new missions. i'm not paying for an expansion that doesn't come with what was promised. and I am willing to bet law suits will follow. myself included if no raid.
Allow me to make a correction since some fools are choosing to be stupid instead of discussing the issues at hand. I cannot say that raids were guaranteed ever and I don't care to bother searching for them saying that. However I do know that the raids were to be the centerpiece of destiny, the WHOLE reason for continuing to play the game, and I know that raids were a major selling point and that bungie put massive emphasis on them. I also know as do we all that the game was so lacking in content that it itself could be considered merely an expansion pack and not a full game release.
who knows maybe this new game mode will blow the socks off of all the raids and will single handedly change to course of destiny for the better. but what I can tell you is if all bungie comes out with is a new strike a few more single play through missions and a new mode that ends up being 10 minutes of running in circles then that becomes a massive issue.
Most of the people I know are fairly hardcore gamers and they many gave up on destiny long ago and traded it in and now only a few continue playing it just for something to do. but if this new map pack is a fail none of them will be buying any future bungie product.
YOU CANNOT SELL A COPPER ENGRAVING OF LINCOLN FOR $20 THEN SEND CUSTOMERS A PENNY!

But you [i]can[/i] sell them a licence to look at a copy of that engraving, include the text "subject to change without notice" and then send them a [i]picture[/i] of a penny... Yes, it's not what they expected...But they agreed to it nonetheless... They are free to return it under the "not fit for purpose" argument, but that's where their legal entitlement ends. That's just how software licensing works. You don't even own the disc. You own the [i]opportunity[/i] to use the specific copy of the software.

Go to your game store and sell destiny since you seem to know the Arena will be terrible anyway. That should give you more than the DLC refund which is not very likely to happen.

I've read most of your replies to people that have commented on here and you've done nothing call people names and insult them. Oddly enough the biggest "fool" in this thread seems to be you. When Bungie first put the expansion pass out for sale there no content listed for HOW and not one mention of the number of raids you would get with your purchase. I have noticed multiple people post a link proving this fact to you and you conveniently don't have a rude come back them. You believed internet hype and forum rumors over actual fact based information and now you want retribution for your own mistakes. Who is really the fool here?

Assuming you have a point, the options are 1. Bungie releases a severely broken raid: forums explode because of unplayable content 2. Bungie delays release of HOW: forums explode because release date slipped 3. Bungie releases HOW and delays raid: forums explode due to entitlement issues. Lessons learned: software is hard. By the time your lawsuit for the raid portion of $15 goes to trial the fourth raid will be beaten.

"Expand your Destiny adventure with brand new story missions, cooperative and competitive multiplayer arenas, and a wealth of all new weapons, armor, and gear to earn. The Destiny Expansion Pass includes Destiny Expansion I and Destiny Expansion II." Read what you pay for before you complain about not getting something you weren't promised...
