Faction class item from legendary engram
Are you suppose to be able to get a faction class item from a legendary engram? Because I don't think its suppose to happen.

Well if u switch to another faction u don't need to spend 2000 glimmer

I've gotten a dead orbit titan mark from a blue engram.

It happens but it is slightly unfortunate, it is just the luck of the draw!
