Best PvP Sniper?
Excluding P&T, Praedyths, and the Calcutta, what's the best sniper to use in PvP?
Also, is the longbow from the crucible vendor worth it?

Silvered Boudicca: Short gaze, clown cartridge, snapshot Watch out for one with good perks High impact, decent rof, pretty good stability Long bow is good, Praedyths, and prudence if I had one My longbow has spray and play, perfect balance, outlaw Broken truth is good too
