I usually don't cheese until I die by not cheesing. A.k.a. I die by an add or the boss. And that is the nightfall. I try to not cheese in weekly heroics unless the group I'm with is very bad and I have to carry them.

I think retreating back to a cheese spot is perfectly fine if you're trying to avoid death but staying there and plinking the boss is tedious and makes fights take way longer than necessary.

I go under there for orbs sometimes lol. Helps when I'm using my Titan bubble to get it up quicker and get weapons of light back up
