Gherman: Bloodborne
[spoiler]How do you kill Gherman during his fight in Bloodborne? I've tried to dodge and all he does half the time is auto lock his attacks on me. He's ridiculous.[/spoiler]

Parry him repeatedly in the beginning. In the latter phase he becomes un-stunnable and you have to use hit and run tactics. Bolt paper does wonders. Also try summoning help
