So you do not support players playing in their own style? Further forcing players to play how others feel is the way to play the game?

No I prefer players having to use PRIMARY weapons for a change. You can still pick your gun, jump style/class, and grenades which is much more than most pvp games. Secondary weapons now a days take the least skill of any weapon and before I get ambushed with "what about snipers", last round perk removes that skill as well.

Then it shouldn't be a problem to counter. To force people to play the way your personal ideology is rather selfish. I find it odd that so many players claim special weapons require little to no skill and yet want it to be nerfed/change in order to boost their personally stats. If it is so skill less why do people have a problem with it? Why is your style of play better or the way to play the game? There are millions of people playing this game how can people justify that there is a certain way to play a game with so much variety?

People like myself choose to use primary weapons because there's pride in knowing you skillfully killed someone and you'd hope others would also seek that pride. Using guns that require limited aiming and kill instantly just don't take much skill and using them would remove all pride I have after a match. It's not about having better stats, it's about actually earning those stats with skill. Am I selfish for wanting to be killed by skill? Probably, but right now, it happens less than 2 or 3 times a game. Most of the time it's a secondary weapon or special.

Pride never won any battles. Second, I have seen some hardcore skill from shotgun users. The speed and ability to successful navigate a map can be incredibly skillful. By doing what you suggest and completely limiting special ammo to an extreme it will break pvp. There will be zero balance. If people think it's unbalanced now. It will be a travesty if what you want happens. That 15 percent will drop even further and pvp will be stagnant. The players who weren't as good but [i]enjoyed playing a game as they are meant to be enjoyed[/i] (as in games were meant to be fun for the majority not the minority. It's not nice or fair but how things are) will no longer be able to compete to their abilities. It will drive more people away because they can not play how they want. There are countless matches I never used a special weapon. Destiny tracker has confirmed that as well. Not just fuzzy math. I hope what you want never happens not based on how I play but for the community. If the community dies out. It won't matter if I like playing or not. No one will be around. Losing a few thousand people because they feel to skillful or are stuck by pride and vanity is not or should not be a concern of bungies.

Removing secondary doesn't change balance at all. Everyone has the ability to use the same guns everyone else does. That's the definition of balance. I'm hoping they go all the way and make a primary only mode. No secondary, heavy, or specials. I'd predict it would be the most competitive mode in destiny pvp.
