Hey guys back in February we were the first team to run any raid without guns! And with all the support you gave us and great comments we decided to do it on hard. So yes it’s finally here! We did Crota’s End on HARD without guns. Also I did not shoot my bubble this time I held a murmur to make sure I didn’t accidentally shoot :). I would like to ask a favor nominate us for Bungie’s Video of the week it would be great! @rob280FTW Now the main thing people want to see is the Crota kill which I understand is cool, but it would mean a lot if you checked out all 3 parts we worked really hard on them. First we had to figure out if we could down him twice. Umm that didn’t end well. Secondly we had to find a way to kill the ogres fast enough to get the sword bearer to spawn while crota was on the left side. And to everyone who commented last No gun run that ogres spawn second round you will now see why we were freaking out so much. Lantern room (abyss) Strategy: [spoiler]Get by the first exploder thrall and place a bubble to blind any thralls chasing you. Run for your life was a big part of this area lol. At the end I switch back to defender to provide a larger safe zone so we do not accidentally punch someone off of the map or into a wall. [/spoiler] Bridge Strategy: [spoiler]Place bubbles to stay alive on totems swap side (To gather orbs) after 3rd player crosses. Once all 3 players across have bubbles use them to pull the bridge back up. Find a place to hide while we manage to get others across. Once we have whoever isn’t dead we start. If you stay on the right side it is much easier to stay alive because the totems will not go off. Blind the ogres and kill them. [/spoiler] Deathsinger Strategy: [spoiler]2 warlocks and 4 Titans Split into 2 teams Place a bubble to blind the wizard. Kill said wizard. Punch and Grenade the shrieker from the bubble. Run from the Liam Neesons (Purple Butterflies) because they will find you and kill you. Place bubbles in center to keep nights from killing you then let the warlocks do their job of mass grenade recovery (Song of Flame) because fire born is for wimps. [/spoiler] Crota Strategy: [spoiler]1 Hunter 1 Warlock 4 Titans So after a while here was the plan run bottom right room. Use blade dancer to take a hit from the sword bearer to agro him to the side ogre room. Beat the crap out of him. Use a blessing of light bubble up top so when you jumped out of the bubble the boomers shot would not kill you. Now run as fast as you can right side kill the ogre blind the other ogre mid map and kill him. Wait in front of sword bearer spawn because crota has moved left side now. Spawn kill sword bearer. Then hit crota. Repeat that and you are done![/spoiler] Side note: Umm you have to setup before you kill Crota. Since you have only a few chances to hit crota you have to do as much damage as you can. All 4 of our titans had alpha lupi to drop orbs by the pillar beside crota on both sides so that I could use my super to get the damage we needed off. Our layout for our players by section.
