I'm new to mmo's and can pretty much guarantee I'll need to respec when I hit 60. It's pretty interesting to learn and I think I get it now but I think if I respec now (level 38) I'll regret it. I want to unlock what I can before makeing a huge commitment.

I agree with that guy. Rookie mistake. I don't waste mats or currency on anything till I cap.

Good thought process man. Your new to mmos and have already figured out the most rookie thing to do and yet to do it which is a smart move. Figure out what skills are best for your play style so when lvl 60 comes you know exactly where you want your skills to be focused. I'm going to have to do the same. Although having to spend a certain amount of points to unlock the next tier is somewhat frustrating but it adds a bit as well I guess.
