Sony has already stated before that it's perfectly fine to use on a PS4. It's not considered modifying your hardware.

Sony has said it, I agree with you. But Bungie does not...
-
Bungie also doesn't consider this modding your hardware. You are interpreting the policies to your own, wrong, liking.

Where does bungie say this ? BTW here's my source https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929 . Not turning anything into my own words just following the rules. Besides I didn't know destiny was sold for the pc .
-
1. Didn't mention PC. 2. They specifically mention using a device to automate gameplay or hide inactivity is prohibited. 3. When looking at the specific explanation of point 2, it's funny how they make ZERO statements about emulating a mouse and keyboard.

modifying a console hardware is a bannable offense .. so if you're using any external device while hooking up your K&M than that's an offense. From the sounds of it you use a K&M . Not trying to be an ass but that's cheating..
-
You're not modifying it. This is where you're reading what you want to see, not what's actually being said. They specifically say you can't use a device to automate gameplay. They specifically say you can't use a device to conceal idling. Nowhere, even vaguely, is it even hinted you cannot use an emulator. Plugging an emulator into the USB port is not modifying your hardware. Do you consider the ps4 camera plugged in as modifying your hardware?
-
Yes they say that .. but in bungie's own words they say modified hardware is a bannable offense. Are you saying that your K $M does not use a modifier to fit your ps4 and change the way you play destiny? That's cheating ..
