Fastest way to increase Grimoire?

Use destinytracker.com, waltz on over to the grimoire section and click the 'missing only' button. Scroll your way down and judge for yourself which ranks would be easiest for you to gather.

Aside from collecting all the ghosts, theres no too way to boost grimoire. Just earned by playing the game. Only tip I have is make sure you have one of each class because kills as hunter/titan/warlock matter

3 RepliesFarm the cabal majors on the Exclusion Zone mission on Mars. Make sure to set the difficulty to heroic (the level just one after normal will do) and activate a resupply code. Once the mission just go through normally then when you find the first set of enemies past that huge door, run past the first wave and there should be a second Harvester (cabal dropship) that drops 8 - 10 cabal majors which give you about 125 apiece while the resupply code is active. once you kill all of the majors, let the normal enemies kill you and start the process over. Each run takes less than a minute and should give you 400 - 500 glimmer. you can kill some of the regular enemies, but make sure not to kill all of them because it will give you a checkpoint.

Ghost patrol. Went from 2400 to almost 2700 this morning just finding all the ghost. I was shocked how many I was missing, especially on the moon. I never found a single one until today....

10 RepliesDo Crucible. 100 wins per game mode will net you 15 a piece. Then kill Urzok on Earth, and the Eyes, Heart, and Hand of Crota for like another 30. Then check the app for what weapons and enemies you need kills with. Do those as you play casually. Between all of that, its several hundred alone, and once those are all out of the way, get the ghosts. Save those for last, because they are only worth 425 with DLC ghosts. That was, you'll jump into the 2700 range nice and easy, with all the hard work done. Hope this helped :)

Do stuff on multiple characters and find all the things. That's about all you can do.

1 ReplyI've been busy with all the enemy grimoire lately. Finishing almost everything up got me close to 2600. Just need to finish rank 3 ogres, hydras and psion. Only tip I can give you is finding out how to kills types of enemies the fastest. Google enemy name + grimoire farming, usually gives you results. I've got a lot of Crucible ones left, I rarely play PvP. Also need everything from Titan (don't have one) and other PvP related Hunter and Warlock grimoire. Patrol related grimoire is something I'm not planning on doing. Just hope I can get above 2600 and maybe even 2700.
