If you have the Dragon's Breath please read
My dragons Breath exotic rocket launcher, is either
A. JUNK or B. BUGGED/GLITCHED
Only direct hits kill. And close proximity hits barely harm.
I have encountered this multiple times while attempting to use it, and I do not have this issue with any other rocket launchers I own.

HAS ANYONE ELSE NOTICED THIS OR HAVE THIS ISSUE?

The way to fix dragons breath is to reduce the solar flare damage by 50% and increase the size of the flare by 400%. This would make it useful in pve because it would take enemies longer to move out of it, and useful in PvP because it could be used as an area control weapon.
