Use it in PvP. In PvE it's pretty damn useless.

But the perk is only for primaries that your radar stays active

yea its nice if you are using like last word or thorn or something without third eye but they should extend the perk to be active for all weapons

So let's make the hopf reduce all cooldowns even when you are not at your super, SP stacks with gift of the sun allowing 3 grenades, Ruin wings increases heavy weapon magazine size, No backup plans provides transfusion, And obsidian mind make grenade kills reduce next grenade, And light beyond nemesis allows you to revive from distance. What? They are all exotics. Just because something is an exotic armor doesn't mean it has to ruin other things,it has limits. Therefore,making hunters even more op in the pvp
