Try using a tracking rocket or just keep practicing. In my opinion, it's the best non tracking rocket launcher in the game but if you're too used to tracking launchers, your aim will be off enough to make it not as effective as it should be.

I agree.This is one of my go to weapons despite it's bad reviews. Enormous blast radius, plus the pyromancer perk is amazing. I save all of my rockets for the boss. I fired 6 directly at the undying mind, it wrecked his health. I would say this launcher is effective on slow moving bosses. So save it for them.
