Now since I read your episode 4 Teddy is a level 20+ because his ghost asks if he would like helm of saint 14 or armentarium, but since they are looking for relic iron they are technically on a low level patrol and getting captured by low level cabal lol must really be noobs :P [spoiler]not trying to hate or anything I still love your stories and you do an amazing job on them! Keep up the good work man![/spoiler]

It's meant to be more like what it would be if this were real life rather than a game. A Guardian's inventory is stored digitally by his/her ghost, all enemies are extremely dangerous especially in numbers, materials are not easy to come by, friendly fire is possible etc etc. If you look at it that way it might alleviate some of the confusion lol.
