Exotic Drop Rate for 1,505 Roc Strikes
Yesterday I completed my 1,505 Roc and pre dlc Tiger Strike since day 1. I have kept a record of all the exotics that I have received as an end of strike reward and have determined the drop rate accordingly.
1 Hard Light
3 MIDA Multi Tool
3 Plan C
1 No Land Beyond
1 4th Horseman
1 Universal Remote
1 Suros Regime
1 Monte Carlo
2 Last Word
1 Thunderlord
So I have received 15 exotics out of 1,505 Strikes and that is a drop rate of just about 1% which is obviously not that good. But I enjoy doing Roc Strikes and there is a lot of other things to be obtained by doing them such as Vanguard Marks, Legendary Engrams, Legendary Weapons/Armor, Strange Coins and Motes of Light. Plus they are a great way to farm glimmer, get experience on equipment and complete bounties.
One more note of interest: During the course of all of these strikes I have never, not even once seen a Ghorn drop for anybody.

4 RepliesSo is the 1% an exotic straight up dropping? Or is the 1% exotics straight up dropping AND legendary engrams becoming exotics? The reason I ask is b/c I have never seen an exotic drop in a Roc, but I have received 2 exotics from legendary engrams rewards from strikes.
