I don't know where else to turn to for help. I don't really wanna sit through Sony Customer Service.
I had a house fire last year in which my PS4 burned. So now that I've replaced it with a new PS4, I cannot Activate my new PS4 as a Primary, because I don't know how to deactivate the old one.
- Is the only way to Activate as a Primary to create a new PSN account?
- If there is a way to deactivate the old system, will I lose any saved game data on my current PS4?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

You can deactivate your old ps4 by going to http://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/. From there select "Deactivate All" under "Account" > "Media and Devices" for the type of content for which you want to deactivate all activated systems. For more information on activating/deactivating your ps4 and what that entails, Click Here!

Hi Cam -- Sorry to hear about the house fire. That's a real bummer. As for the deactivating of your old PS4, I would suggest checking out the following Sony Support article. Looks like you can do it online. https://support.us.playstation.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5059/~/activate-%2F-deactivate-primary-ps4
