You can get a full raid set in as fast as like 20 minutes. The fastest you can get an iron banner set is like 4 months

Highly impossible, the chances of that happening is very slim. You can't get a full iron banner gear because they are no helmet. Also the iron banner gear takes ascendant shards and we all have that. But crota gear takes radiant shards and is tougher to get.
