Noticeably faster and it can make a difference in crowded situations, especially during Lightswitch NFs! I like it as I don't have any armour rolls for more sniper ammo so I use Fatebringer, Black Hammer/fusion/shotty, exotic heavy in Strikes (check my Hunter).
