Ultra Hardmode Vault of Glass (how I would bring 331 VOG weapons to Destiny)

All enemies are level 33 Armour that drops should have 36 light Weapons should do 331 damage Changes I would make 1. [b]Front Door[/b] None 2. [b]Defending the Confluxes[/b] All 7 oracles spawn if a vex sacrifices it's self to a conflux Some oracles spawn while players defend the confluxes 3. [b]Oracles[/b] No cleansing fountain 4. [b]Templar[/b] when the Templar shield is destroyed 1 or 2 red oracles spawn (red oracles do not mark players, the kill players if they are not destroy "[i]You succumbed to the oracles[/i]") 5. [b]Gorgon Maze[/b] None 6. [b]Gatekeeprs[/b] None 7. [b]Atheon Times Conflux[/b] [i]Presence of Atheon[/i] players do not regenerate health, orbs can give health and red death can give health. The only other way to heal is to stand in the shield the relic holder can make. Middle platform removed Every time the relic holder cleanses people so they can see, oracles will spawn in the outside above the portals. Harpies have arc shields and have yellow health bars (Axis Harpy) Because of the difficulty, I would make all the drops guaranteed. ________________________________________ Post below what you would do!!!? Edit: the reason I would give harpies yellow health bars is so players can make more orbs from them, resulting in more options for healing. Edit: I really like [b]YahyaTV[/b] idea: At Atheon encounter, four people get teleported, two past, two future, both have oracles, but only one of them has enemies and relic. Home team must open both portals.

      Don't mean to ruin your dream but VOG weapons will never be bumped to 331. Much like crotas end weapons won't be boosted to HOW level weapons. All these posts are for nothing, it's not going to happen unfortunately. Edit: Somehow someone made the effort to search into the forums to find this post I made x amount of time ago. For that I congratulate you, you've won 6 people's applauds based on a post I made when it was all speculation. Thank you for solidifying the fact that some people literally have nothing better to do than try and cause shit on the forums. I hope you feel good about yourself for putting in such valiant effort to disprove me based on an uneducated guess. 10/10 son.

      • Raise level of difficulty, allow revives with 30 sec, but eliminate HUD and all special labels ex relic holder. Or or...ultra hard mode is Atheon and Atheon vs you. He created a past and present version of himself and he only appears in the mars and Venus worlds. Keeps true to the lore while adding a challenge.

      • How about instead of reusing ideas and making it impossible, add a 3rd boss after Atheon. Like in WoW some bosses are only on heroic. Jump off the platform where Atheon spawns to find a final boss formed in the darkness of the vault. Maybe some vex evolved into something else like Eris had.

          • I feel like a lot of these ideas go against lore, and while the games content may not be rich, it still follows lore. Then on top of that the atheon encounter you just spoke of would take hours and hours, which is completely redundant as crota could drop the same light level gear and exotics

            How about just doing a weekly hard raid and have it set up like a nightfall. Without the "return to orbit" on wipe. With burns.

            • Ultra hard mode? Once you have started, you cannot be revived even when completed checkpoint. If you die, you go straight to orbit, with no chance of playing VoG ultra hard mode untill next reset. You gotta' earn that Fatebringer 2.0!

            • I think you should remove Presence of Atheon Also. Fanatics spawn at gatekeepers. They explode but they don't mark you Hobgoblins spawn throughout the jumping puzzle, and they are constantly teleporting. Oracles explode when you kill them. When you're too close, they can kill you. Instead of hobgoblins sniping you during oracles, it's sheildless axis Minotaurs with slap rifles During Templar, an axis cyclops spawns at the top. If you kill it, you have a better chance at getting an exotic in the exotic gorgon chest There's a second tear of weapons and armor. Not only can you get Vision of Confluence, but you can get Nova Respondent (placeholder name for 331 scout rifle you can get from 33 VoG) Nova Respondant is a void scout rifle with great stability and a really high fire rate with explosive rounds. In between gatekeeper and Atheon, a mini boss appears Gorgons can go invisible How do you like it?

              • Yea no with how glitchy the raid is it could never happen, also you just took the cheaper ways they increased crotas end and made it like vog, also killing 7 oracles at once would be a bitch with 6 guardians. And for your other idea about 4 teleports so you wipe if 1 home teamer gets killed by 33 minotaur?? Also if you eliminate the middle platform we'd just shoot from the door I like your ideas but that raid would have way too much going on at once

              • Enemies being 33 is a terrible idea. I hate how people actually liked Bungie artificially upping the difficulty of Crota's End hard by making the level just above the cap. House of Wolves should not make this mistake or I will be even more deeply disappointed in Bungie than I already am.

              • I remember doing vault on hard with full fire team of 29s. It was very hard to run relic but doable. Add in presence of atheon and the oracle things would be far to hard. Destroying 7 lvl 33 oracles at once would be nearly impossible. Ultimately it would be too hard to even be worth doing. Maybe if it was level 32 it would be doable. But teams with superior vault experience and skills would be required every time. I would like to see higher level raids to keep up competition with new raids. But I think only the usual hardmode mechanics should follow suit. Level 34 hardmode vault of glass Level 35 hardmode crotas end Level 35 hardmode the arena All gear is maxed at the current cap across the board.

              • So you basically want to make this the Crota raid with a few other changes. I don't like any of the changes. If you want to make it more difficult it should just be raised to level 32. Raid is good the way it is

              • More changes, more coding result will be more glitches, have fun throwing the controller at the wall, like I did. Hm had already put 3-4 detainment while teleporting me every once in a while, lol

              • How about fantic pools kill you instead? And that Templar has to places to teleport instead of one. This will throw people off, and quickly adapt to him being in a different place. During gatekeeper, when defending conflux, 3 hydras appear.
