Thorn Bounty : How long did it take you?
I just got the bounty and wanted to know how long it took you to complete the crucible part?
I am looking forward to doing it. I feel that it gives a new objective to the crucible other than just winning. I'm not the greatest but I hold my own and want to see how fast I can do it.
Feel free to post your time or post If you are still working on it.
EDIT 1: So I just looked through all of my weapons and I only have 5 void weapons. It is on my Titan.

Any suggested load out?
EDIT 2: It looks like the quickest time to complete the crucible part was 1 hour and the longest (stayed in the inventory) was 2-3 months.
It seems the average for completing at least the crucible part is around 2-3 hours.
EDIT 3: Another question, did you enjoy the bounty? Or did you take it as a chore?

Glad to see that it didn't take too long for most guardians to complete it and for those still working on it keep up the good work!
Don't get discouraged in the crucible!
EDIT 5: Well I finished the bounty! The crucible was the easiest for me and took about 1 and a half hours. Xyor was a little more challenging than I expected but she died like the rest.
All in all it was a fun bounty and now I have done all of the "Exotic Bounties".

I did the whole bounty in a day. I got it around noon and was done by 8. I only had the praedyths revenge and my titan grenades.

I did it in about 2-3 hours w. Atheons epilogue, swordbreaker/preadeths, and corrective measure. On my voidwalker

The crucible portion took me roughly 3 hours. After the first hour I had only 43 points, but once I adjusted to using WoC in Crucible I knocked out the remaining 457 in 2 hours. A buddy of mine asked me to track my point progress so this is what it looked like: 6 (joined with 3 min left) 16 24 34 34 (wife bugging so had to leave after 4 mins) 43 82 164 196 244 285 343 356 364 (joined with 2 min left) 400 447 486 500 (after 3 mins)

The void primary is a *huge* help

I'm at 70-80% done after 4 hours, but I don't have a void primary.

8-9 matches. Not difficult at all, kind of laughable. Preadyth's revenge on control. Pick a point snipe few guys, and make to the next one and repeat. Use void primary for a few kills, and truth for a few. If you can't snipe well, try a shotgun such as swordbreaker. Or a fusion. Void subclasses work, grenades and warlock melee.
