I just got the bounty and wanted to know how long it took you to complete the crucible part?
I am looking forward to doing it. I feel that it gives a new objective to the crucible other than just winning. I'm not the greatest but I hold my own and want to see how fast I can do it.
Feel free to post your time or post If you are still working on it.
EDIT 1: So I just looked through all of my weapons and I only have 5 void weapons. It is on my Titan.
Atheons Epilogue
Praedths's Revenge
Holders Hammer/Corrective Measure/Truth.
Any suggested load out?
EDIT 2: It looks like the quickest time to complete the crucible part was 1 hour and the longest (stayed in the inventory) was 2-3 months.
It seems the average for completing at least the crucible part is around 2-3 hours.
EDIT 3: Another question, did you enjoy the bounty? Or did you take it as a chore?
EDIT 4: Wow! a lot of responses!
Glad to see that it didn't take too long for most guardians to complete it and for those still working on it keep up the good work!
Don't get discouraged in the crucible!
EDIT 5: Well I finished the bounty! The crucible was the easiest for me and took about 1 and a half hours. Xyor was a little more challenging than I expected but she died like the rest.
All in all it was a fun bounty and now I have done all of the "Exotic Bounties".
Keep up the good work and advise everyone!

An afternoon start to finish. Had the bounty drop hours before DLC, did all but xyor before then killed that witch after to get the 331 version.

1 ReplyTook me around 15 games of Control. I have a Hunter and used a void shotty and void LMG. Started out bad so be prepared. Once you figure out the maps, ammo spawns, and when to engage, you'll be all set. Then it's on to Xyor which is no slouch of a strike. In the end, great sense of accomplishment and very good weapon.

A few hours

it only took me about 3 hours max the entire bounty fusion rifle and shotguns are probably better for the void kills

A day and I suck at pvp

6 months

I'm a casual player and it took just under a week

A day…

I got my first Thorn Bounty on my Hunter and I dreaded it. I played Control with a Fusion rifle and sucked so left it for a month. Eventually I bit the bullet and changed my play style. I used my void LDR and Deviant Gravity LMG with blink and sniped my ass off. I picked my spots on the map and tried not to camp but move about after every couple of kills. It was a genuine challenge but I got there with some high scoring games. I now have this bounty on my Titan and think it would be easier to do on my Hunter.

5 months and counting, I'm a casual pvp player and mainly play during iron banner as I can knock out multiple birds with one stone

I did it in two days but only because I got the bounty about an hour before going to sleep one night.

28 hours start to finish

About a month

About an hour for PvP then just didn't get to Xyor for like a week

Had a garbage fusion rifle but I was void walker. Took me 3-4 hours of pvp. XYOR was harder because I tried to solo. Spent an hour and a half and got to the end but I ran out of special ammo synth and I rage quit. The knights are cowardly and after you get their shield down they run away and come back with full shield. Take a friend with you and it's easy
