Here's my idea for a proper name, and description:
Titrious Mind: "This Vex abomination is responsible for the terraforming of Neptune. Titrious is an all-powerful, all-wise being, who's forms of attack are anything but soft. Be careful around him, rumors circle around that being near him for too long can cause insomnia." - Cayde 6

Saying it's all wise and all powerful is kinda weird, its vex, all vex are wise and powerful, they can time travel.
