Why exactly do people call it "Fist of Panic"?
If I have my supercharge ready to go, and you happen to come running at me from around a corner, I will use it on you.
I did not panic, I wasnt scared.
I simply decided to use it when I had the chance.

The fist of havoc is unique. It's the only super imo that you can activate that will save you in a 1v1 when you're about to die. A get out of jail free card. Of course everyone's going to take advantage of that fact.
