You dont need boots on the ground in the Middle East lol you twat. It's a well known fact that the korran can't be destroyed, nor can pictures of Mohammed be created. The solution to ending the terror in the middle east is simple. Simply paint a picture of Mohammed inside the Korran, and distribute it throughout the middle east. Islam implodes at its roots. Terrorists lose their backing to fight. Problem solved.
