I think if I was in that situation I would just be very stern and tell her to stop. Everything is situational however. I mean, if your parents recently got married its understandable but if you've been a family for a long time it's a bit odd. Just try to tell her how wrong it is and to think of the future and how unnatural it would be. It would kinda ruin family gatherings forever haha.
