I have been using this extension for a while now for chrome. Apparently, one person on reddit took the extra step and port it to mobile, although it is easy to install if you are in an android and a windows phone, you will require a Jailbroken iOS device if you want this on a iOS system. (The app is already available on Window's own app store. For iOS however, he currently doesn't have a mac to put it in the App Store for iOS. He is also unable to put this app in the google play store.)
