I've already posted here before but it came to nothing despite a helpful internetsman: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/111298950/0/0/1
Here's the problem I'm having: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wpdfrFIuG50
I've tried everything - restoring licences, deleting everything and redownloading and installing, accessing from different devices. The long and short of it is I can't access my game on PS4. And I'm starting to feel really frustrated because whenever I tweet activision I get a stock response of "check the help at bungie.net" and I'm ignored by the Bungie and BungieHelp twitter accounts. I've paid £80 for a game that I can't play now and haven't been able to play for weeks. I just want to talk to an actual tech support human who can take a look at the account or something.
Any tips? And/or any actual helping eyes from Bungie lurking on here? Anything that could help would be appreciated at this point...!
Thanks,
Chris

Hey MrChrisNo1! Can you try out something for me? Can you go to your Network Settings on your Console, and go to MTU? It should be set on Automatic (1500). Set it to manual and type in 1397. Then try to log into Destiny again.

Hi Mr, Bungie eyes are here indeed. Sorry to hear about the troubles and thank you for posting a video of the issue. Let's see what we can do. You say you've tried to access on different devices. An entirely different PS4? If so, was it on a separate network as well? When you test your network connection on your primary network, what are the results?

I guess I'm experiencing the same or at least a similar problem but it doesn't seem that Bungie really cares. Here's my post: https://www.bungie.net/de/Forum/Post/111777135/0/0 At this point I just gave up, probably going to sell Destiny in the next couple of days.

Edited by Sosbanfawr: 4/2/2015 12:43:46 PMThat looks like an unstable connection. Either up/down or heavy packet loss. It could be your PS4, your LAN cable/wifi, your router, your microfilter, your connection to your local exchange, or the outbound connection between your ISP and PSN or Bungie's data centre. Have you tried playing from someone else's console, on their connection, ideally with a different ISP, to try to bypass all these? Then you can introduce each factor one by one to determine where the fault is.

Could this be a router issue then mate, have you looked at the router settings and maybe tried setting up a static ip and port forwarding?.

Is your PS+ expired?

Havoc made a good suggestion and though it is a pain in the arse it may be your only solution. The only other question I have is are both your systems accessing your router wirelessly or is either of them hard wired ? Next just, and I know this seems redundant but you didn't post it, when you try to login to your ps4 is your PS3 logged off and turned off?

Did you try deleting your gamertag and then recovering it might work that way?
