Pffft.
Yeah, right. I'm juggling both games now, and all the heartbreak of losing my souls is forgotten when I play a strike/crucible match.
*edit* I'm seeing a lot of "Oh, some guy beat BB in 44mins so its a scrubby game lol"
So I just wanna say 2 things.
1.
Its cool if you wanna speed run games, it is still considered a challenge, and you might find enjoyment from that.
But spending $60 plus on a game and playing about $10 worth of it and then stop playing seems rather unfulfilling to me.
2.
To all those bragging about how easy BB is, here is my slow clap *clap....clap....clap*.
Because seriously, whatever, I'm not impressed. I think they've fixed the bugs shown in the video already, so good luck finishing it within an hour.

No. Because half the people are terrible at this game and will not beat the first boss without CO OP.
-
Two completely different games. Both good games though! One won't stamp out the other.

Edited by Bonesaw sfu: 4/1/2015 8:03:52 AMNo. I don't have play station so I didn't pay attention to bloodborn but I'm assuming it's a third party game which we all know r trash filler(for the most part ) til the good games come out
-
Destiny is already dead. No one even plays anymore. Not NEARLY the amount of players still play destiny including ppl on my friends list. It's sad. Bungie is just slacking
-
On the Dust 514 forums every time a new game came out it was supposed to be that killer. Destiny was on that ever growing list. At most other games might be a wet blanket for Destiny's success. To really kill Destiny would require a game with the same theme and every feature implemented better. Nothing like that is being advertised/gossiped.
-
No, I am playing both. When BB gets me and I need a break I go back to Destiny to kill things.
-
I'm still stuck on the first level. Though I am getting better.... Just a habit if mine thinking I can take on 10 villagers at a time.
-
Sadly not.... Preordered the collectors edition and beat the game by Saturday, with almost 4 million blood echoes. Nothing much to do now and PvP isn't fun like it used to be

Everyone is saying how it was beaten by a guy in under 35 mins or so. Well I for one would like to see everyone beat it under that. Stop bringing that up. It's irrelevant to the post in general
-
Excellent review scores all round. But no, no game will "kill" Destiny. The only way I can see this happening is if another third-party releases a game very similar to Destiny but ends up doing it better.

-
No what about Xbox users lol
-
Pffffft! Ha!
-
nope, never played it, or the old ones, have an xbox one, and its does not interest me at all
-
no, its just a totally different game and attracts completely different long time players.. and bloodborne has an end..
-
It will not because Bloodbourne is only for Ps4 while Destiny is on current and last gen.
-
What's blood born?
-
At least the other so called Destiny killers were multiplatform. But Bloodborne is PS4 only. How is a single platform game supposed to kill a game available (unfortunately) on 4 consoles?
-
No bought it but I'm still playing destiny will get back to it once I get tired of destiny
-
-
Theoretically, since the game has a more reliable base, more content, wider range of activities, freebasin player made strategies and pretty much beats destiny in every non-gameplay theatre. But unfortunately the value of a good game has become so cheap as of this generation.
-
No because a friend of mine finished Bloodborn 2 times allready it's a game you play for a few weeks and then go back to destiny
-
Bloodborne is a good game. And it's something different to occupy my time til HoW drops. Oddly enough it's actually challenging while Destiny in comparison is completely oriented to the casual.
-
Destiny would last a lot longer if there wasnt so much money we had to spend on 'additional content' that you cannot play without.
-
It helped break my addiction but I still came back on reset for the day.
