Pffft.
Yeah, right. I'm juggling both games now, and all the heartbreak of losing my souls is forgotten when I play a strike/crucible match.
*edit* I'm seeing a lot of "Oh, some guy beat BB in 44mins so its a scrubby game lol"
So I just wanna say 2 things.
1.
Its cool if you wanna speed run games, it is still considered a challenge, and you might find enjoyment from that.
But spending $60 plus on a game and playing about $10 worth of it and then stop playing seems rather unfulfilling to me.
2.
To all those bragging about how easy BB is, here is my slow clap *clap....clap....clap*.
Because seriously, whatever, I'm not impressed. I think they've fixed the bugs shown in the video already, so good luck finishing it within an hour.

No it won't sadly.
-
If it hasn't already it never will.
-
Hahahahaha , that game that was finished in 44 minutes??? Hahahaha
-
No 3rd person button masher could ever kill even the worst FPS.
-
Dont think so. Heard ppl completed it in 44 minutes or something.
-
First of all its playstation exclusive so no. The funny thing about people asking if destiny will be killed by a game is that it never will. It will only be killed by itself like it has been the past few months
-
Edited by Pablog54b: 4/1/2015 5:16:52 PMIt killed Destiny for me, have only logged in once since bloodborne came out.
-
Destiny is killing itself. If house of wolves isn't GREAT, the fanbase will fade away completely
-
Blood borne isn't on xbox
-
-
Halo 5 and Mass Effect 4 will undoubtably take me from Destiny... Will they kill the game; probably not.
-
No. Nothing will,Destiny will kill its own self
-
I haven't even thought about Destiny until this morning. Between Bloodborne and Borderlands Handsome collection, which are both better. I'd be interested in playing Destiny more if they hadn't delayed the 2nd DLC, just not enough content to keep it interesting right now.
-
I don't know what bloodbourne is so maybe my opinion is invalid. But can any game really "kill off" another game? I doubt it.

-
It hasn't completely killed it for me. I still still juggle em. But bloodborne is by far the better game

No game will ever kill another game, that's not how it works. Every game has a playerbase. Ultima Online, Everquest, DAoC, Runescape and even Meridian 59 are still going and two of those are around 18 years old and still have a healthy playerbase. Even Ride to Hell: Retribution has some people that enjoy it ... crazy people but they play it just the same. Bloodborne is an entirely different game to Destiny. Putting that aside, a lot of people play more than one game anyway. I can't play one game day in, day out., I got burnt out and bored if I do it that way. I play Destiny for a bit then switch to Warframe, DA:I, FF:ARR or Planetside 2 (which is out on PS4 at some point, hopefully soon, which will save me playing on 2 machines). The only thing that will kill Destiny is Destiny. If Bungie does something to annoy enough of the playerbase that they leave. In every single game, players come and players go. If I was to stop playing right now the game would do just fine without me.

Edited by APathwayThrough: 4/1/2015 10:39:09 AM*echoes. Not souls. I lost over 37, 000 last night... I almost cried.

Shame it doesn't have the giant but hole jokes dark souls did.
-
Maybe all playstation people will juggle the games but since it isn't on Xbox. Most likely the Xbox people will stay.
-
Comapring 2 different spectrums of video games
-
Hell no, but I do think these games have a chance. Maybe! ESO The Division Halo 5 Guardians
-
I don't think enough people enjoy that type of game for it to "kill" Destiny.
-
No. Because half the people are terrible at this game and will not beat the first boss without CO OP.
