The 92% who said no are lying. Once a guy knows your a girl they automatically change some form of how they speak of act. Whether they try and put their best foot forward or their worst. They might not do it on purpose, but they do it none the less.

Definitely change the way of speech but not in a negative way. Just try not to say anything that might make them upset or uncomfortable. However, if they don't take the same steps then I may call them out.

Agreed. However the question was about whether we would make an offensive comment. And quite frankly I wouldn't just out right make a sexist/offensive comment toward a girl in chat. But I agree with your statement that my language/talking would change upon a girls presence. I would definitely become conscientious of what I am going to say. I would definitely go from a loud mouth to a more quiet and timid speaker to avoid offending her and talking about topics that I perceive to be inappropriate.

They only asked if they would say something sexist. So if someone acts nicer or whatever they they would not be lying by saying no.
