When that invisible monster kidnapped me and put me in an abandoned theater I'll admit I was a tad bit scared because of how silent it was lol
Its downright disturbing, the sounds in that game are so damn creepy. Babies laughing, crying, weird wailing women. So damn good though, best gaming experience I've had in ages.

That place where the guy with the bloody sack takes you too it very sp00ky. Those guys are also pretty damn strong.

I wasn't expecting the fat crows to sound like that. Definitely caught me off guard.

Edited by GrandmaBanjo69: 4/1/2015 2:50:52 AMHmm it's less scary and more like... The game is designed to systematically wear down your psychological defenses. I find myself getting so immersed that I feel this hopelessness that whispers "you're -blam!-ed" quietly in my ear. I start feeling doomed and afraid of what's a around the next corner. But on the flip side of that I'm so psychologically immersed that when I accomplish something big, the joy is real. Edit: but I also play it with super mega surround sound headphones.

I've had a good few jump scares in the chalice dungeons. Dang coffins hiding beasts always get me.

There's an occasional jump scare that makes me twitch a little... As for the setting, that doesn't bother me at all. I had a few "Nope!" moments in the forest though.

Its more of a jumpy scary to me
