There are currently 5 exotic bounties in Destiny. This thread is to collect notes and tips for the bounties and to discuss the weapons you receive as a reward.
For most PvE players, the crucible commitment of three of the bounties make it seem inapproachable. From easiest to hardest, I would rank the difficulty of the bounties like this.
1. A Voice In The Wilderness [Super Good Advice]
---No Crucible Commitment
---No significant impact to currencies or materials.
2. Shattered Memory Fragment [Pocket Infinity]
---No Crucible Commitment
---May require buying a lot of fusion rifles from the gunsmith if he is selling
---Will use a lot of vault space if you are trying to collect fusion rifles in advance.
3. Toland's Legacy [Bad Juju]
---There IS a crucible commitment, but it is linear with no potential to backslide.
---Roughly 244 crucible kills in PvP
4. A Dubious Task [Invective]
---There is a PvP crucible commitment and you can potentially backslide.
---Effectively the requirement is to string together 2-3 good games in the crucible.
---There is a significant glimmer impact if you buy the special ammo packs from the gunsmith (12,500g)
5. A Light In The Dark [Thorn]
---A significant crucible requirement, with specific weapons and potential to backslide

5 Repliesthe pocket infity is nice. so is the thorn. But you know what... for the time they take to get...they are in my vault for collection. Most of my play is with legendery gears. Like FATEBRINGER...damn what a gun!
