I know I'm going to take alot of flak for this one, and I'm not sure if this has been already suggested. Basically the problem with PVP isn't the Weapons, it's how it's set up to be more fair to lower level players. Unless it's changed, no matter how many Weapon Buffs/Nerfs it will never be balanced. What Bungie needs to do is either remove half the Perks from the Weapons or remove all the Perks. Basically turning it into a basic Weapon. With games like CoD, you never heard people crying for constant Nerf's. The reason being if player A has an AK47, well that's ok cause I have a AK47 to. Where as in Destiny if player A has a Thorn, and player B doesn't have a gun to counter it, player B is suddenly going to feel a bit bullied by player A. But if the thorn doesn't have it's perks player B might have something that can compete. This would makes things a little more fair in PVP, and it would leave the stats alone for the PVE players who seem suffer the most from the constant Weapon balancing.
