Can u go 1 on 1 in the crucible
I have the invective shotgun bounty and I am bad in the crucible can I go one on one with a friend?

Hhhmm... Maybe if you did skirmish and 2 people left on each team and no one else joined I guess you could, never tried.

No. But that's not a bad idea. Though for 1v1 you could be out on patrol missions and challenge someone to a duel like in Borderlands
