Dear Black Hammer,
Thank you for always pushing me to do be better. The precision mag bonus that you give me for playing well is so wonderful. You are so selfless and humble being classified as a mere legendary so that my Gjallarhorn can still come along on our adventures together. I vow now to never dismantle you. I vow that you will always have a slot on solar burn strikes. Thank you for everything you have done, Black Hammer.

Dear Hawkmoon I still remember when I found you all those months ago, amongst the wreckage of Sepiks Prime. You were a light, gleaming amongst the darkness of the Fallen. My fireteam clearly overlooked you, taking their Red Death and Plan C. To each their own I guess. But you, you called to me, the lone hunter of the group. Did you call to me out of loneliness, or from witnessing me fill my hand cannon with solar light to destroy those who stood in our way? It matters little now. I took you with me, and was instantly enthralled by you. The way you handle, the way you sound, your subtle features. In time, you opened up to me, showed me your true potential, your ability to defy the odds and strike down targets faster than any other. I realised you truly completed me as we first joined our power; my solar light and your beautiful frame. The perfect golden gun. I realise now that you did not call to me out of loneliness. You called to me as you saw a gunslinger who would treat you right, and who made every shot count. So when other guardians faun over their Red Deaths and Gjallarhorns, I know that, while they are happy with their choices, you choose me. And I accepted in full. Looks like the Vex are opening their vault once more. Shall we, my loyal Hawkmoon?

Dear Thunderlord, It feels just like yesterday, doesn't it? Mid September, with the newness of what had just been released, a new game called Destiny. Since day one I fought through so much just get to Nightfall. My first Nightfall ever, it was me, my husband and our friend. What a time it was when we knew nothing and forever it felt like to complete anything. But little did I know, you were about to complete me. There we were, the successful mission end menu screen. We see the tiles swirling and to my horror, I see a machine gun drop! You see, I had always blindly hated machine guns. I was naive and unaware of the power that I could wield. "But Britta!", they exclaimed, " That was the gun shown off at E3!" My curious unaware self, took to YouTube too see this so called gun.
