Why No Undying Mind or Dust Palace for Xbox?
I was watching a bit of youtube yesterday, when I discovered 2 other strikes that are purely Playstation exclusive. Seeing this, I feel a little shortchanged. Don't get me wrong, I love this game but why the hell did Bungie decide that 2 strikes had to be left out of the xbox versions? Along with that, Playstation owners have access to weapons like Hawkmoon.
It's a small injustice,but an injustice nonetheless. Why do Playstation owners get the special treatment?
If someone could answer this quandry for me great.

Edit 3: I have noticed that there are a lot of negative comments being posted here. Word of advice guys and girls; you dont have to post on this thread if you dont want to. If the question annoys you, go to another thread you find interesting. Ive personally never seen this question addressed on the forum, although I'm sure it has been many times. I regularly post on the forums, and just want the question addressed in a place I can find easily. And yes, Google is a port of call for me too.
Edit 4: It seems to me that PS owner have also been treated unfairly as they miss out on COD content. Despite most of the negative comments coming from PS users, I do sympathise that the other side of the coin so to speak is just as bad. No users on any platform should be alienated from recieving content on a cross platform title. All it does is merely create a divide in the gaming community.

I keep reading that those two strikes are pretty terrible, so I'm not really upset that we don't have them. I'm more concerned with the exclusive weapons and ships Playstation users get, but we'll get access to them eventually.

Dust Palace is mediocre to be honest. A little tip for when you get it - Shotguns WRECK the bosses. Don't be afraid of getting in their face and pinning them in a corner. The bosses are not really a threat, it's the ships and their occupants you need to be aware of. The Undying Mind is actually a good strike, but quite long. The staircase fight is good fun with a Titan, helm of saint 14 and a void shotgun! You will find that at least one member of your random fireteam will depart when you spawn in.

These are both gonna be tough nightfalls when the time comes, especially if the dust palace doesn't get the all-burn every time. Undying mind is clearly off-putting to many, but I really like it, the end bit is so intense. Put on the saint-14 and pop a bubble at that choke point top of the steps where the precursors all have to walk through it to get to you, then show em your swordbreaker. So fun.

Because Sony paid money to Bungie/Activision to get exclusive content for Destiny on the Playstation. Cone September they should become available for Xbox owners. Other than the Hawkmoon, you're not missing much.

I have never been a fan of TIMED console exclusivity. Your Uncharted and Halos are one thing, but waiting to release content is quite another. I'd rather Sony and Microsoft take the money they spend on buying these timed rights and instead invest in a new exclusive title.

The dust palace is....meh. Shotguns work best at the end on the bosses especially if you have a titan with helm of st 14 The undying mind strike I really disliked at first as it feels like you gotta run a marathon mid strike. However I have really grown to like the strike. Even got a MIDA from it about a month ago. Its nice and challenging although they need to allow you to gain glimmer from it with all the minotaurs you face. When they make this a nightfall it will be a bitch. And you know that they will always run void as the burn. Will be helpful to always have a defender titan and warlock with self rez on that one

I take it you weren't around when this information was released, about a year before destiny's release. The forums were abuzz with people like you. Suck it up. They paid more, they get more. Deal with it.
