In the tower. No bullshit. He was sitting on the edge of the where the ships dock & when I tried to message/inspect him and ask him how tf he got it he killed himself & went to orbit. Never seen an all black shader before, but what really tripped me out was that he was Lvl 17 & you can't use shaders till 20. But it also couldn't have just been Dead Orbit gear with no shader cuz a full set of that would've put him over Lvl 20. I'm so confused D= Can someone please explain/elaborate on how this is possible? I feel like I saw a fcking leprechaun riding a unicorn right now.
