Vex mythoclast 323 maxed?

So I've maxed out this gun but it states 323, is this correct? Why not 331? Like every other weapon?

The vex was upgraded to 323 before the dlc was released so it was the highest rated gun until the dlc dropped. Dont think bungie has plans to upgrade it again just like i assume the Necro will stay at 339.
